We operate a team leadership model of church management with the team consisting of 5 members.

Howard Wardle is the Full time Church Leader/Elder with day to day responsibility for all areas of the life and vision of the church. Howard works closely with other local churches and schools to develop good working relationships. Howard trained for three years at Spurgeons College in London studying for a Diploma in Theology (Church Planting & Evangelism).

Graeme Bunn is also an elder and provides the main link with churches in the wider Eastbourne area. Graeme trained for two years at Spurgeons in London for a Certificate in Church Planting & Evangelism.

Roger Daynes oversees our Clans & Family Groups which provide a place for friendship, support and encouragement.

Chris Coates oversees our youth and childrens work and leads the activity into the local schools through CU's and assemblies. Before joining us in October 2002, Chris worked for two years with the PAIS project.
